Orangewood Christian was the lone team in the Orlando area to come out of Thursday’s regional semifinals with a win, as the Rams edged Bishop McLaughlin 7-6 in 3A. Quinn Echelson struck out four in six strong innings for the Rams, who will play Santa Fe Catholic in Tuesday’s regional final. Michael Spears tripled and drove in three runs, and Patrick Yost scored twice.
